Shipping Policy – The Yorkshire Oven

We dispatch all orders Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and fast – usually the next day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be baked and dispatched at the start of the following week to guarantee maximum freshness.

Please double-check that your address, email, and mobile number are correct when placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email – if you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible by email or Instagram DM with your order number, full name, current address, and the updated address you’d like us to use.
